Obtained  Eye Tracking Software/Hardware  (Eye Gaze) for Usability Testing Lab  Eye Tracking Final GRANT

Student Group Project Lab (Think Tank) 2012 $6000

  • Successfully obtained grant to design, develop and construct a Student Group Project room involving new technology to enhance student project development.

Usability Testing Lab Grant 2011 – $6000

  • Wrote grant to obtain funding for a Website Usability Testing lab in the SWAT (Student Website Advancement Team) area.  The grant will enable SWAT members to test usability and navigation of client websites and then assess the data (through Morae) and submit reports that will enable clients to improve their sites.

Assessment-Certification Center  2010  $1437.00

  • Designed, developed and implemented new Assessment Center for determining computer competency levels.  In addition the Assessment Center will allow students the ability to become Internet and Core Computing Certfiied (IC3)  (Coauthored grant)

Academic Initiative Grant 2010 –  $1238

  • Expand the Student Website Advancement Team to include outside community Business Clients.  The Team will be responsible for update and maintenance to various business website using digital video technology, advanced hardware and software.

Technology Initiative Program Web 2.0 – Social Networking Grant – 2009 –$2000

  • 25 hour training on various technologies.  Final implementation of project involving      Web 2.0 technology.

Assessment Mini Grant – 2009– $500

  • Development toward closing the loop on the assessment process in Management     Information Systems.

Parents Association Grant – 1995 – $1000 –

  • “The World comes to William Woods University” World Wide Web development grant.

Academic Dean’s Mini Grant – 1993, $500

  • “Incorporation of CD-ROM Technology in the  Classroom.”

Integrating Multimedia into the Curriculum  – $5,000.

Computer Hardware & Internet Connections – Southwestern Bell – $20,000

  • Helped write grant for St. Peter’s School

Assisted in writing/conducting Faculty Training portion of Title III Grant  $1.5 Million
